It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Kole William Broderick, 30, of Osage, Iowa. Kole passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 7:19 p.m. in the Critical Care Unit at Iowa Methodist Medical Center. His untimely death has left family, friends, and the Osage community heartbroken, as all who knew him mourn the loss of a cherished individual whose life was full of kindness, warmth, and generosity.
Kole was known for the love and joy he brought to those around him. He touched the lives of family, friends, and neighbors alike, leaving a lasting impact through his compassion, sense of humor, and dedication to the people he cared about most. His absence leaves a profound void that will be felt deeply by all who were fortunate to know him.
A private family service will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025, at Hoff Celebrations – Champion Chapel, where family and close friends will gather to honor his memory in a personal and intimate setting. Following the service, a celebration of life will be held at the Osage American Legion from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 21, 2025. This gathering will provide an opportunity for the wider community to come together to remember Kole, share stories, and celebrate the positive impact he had on their lives.
